An Atlanta wedding photographer, Jason Travis, has started a new sort of photography movement that looks into people and the everyday things that they carry around with them. He photographs a portrait of a normal person juxtaposed with their possesions. So I emptied out my shoulder bag on an average day to see what I found and decided to make my own "Persona" using the template Jason created. It was definitely a fun exercise. I hope other people continue to do the same thing. (I also noticed that I've seemed to misplace my orange lens cloth from Sammy's Camera. If you find it out there on the streets of Los Angeles, please let me know!)

Here's what I seem to carry around in my bag on average:

Sunglasses :: Watch :: iPhone :: Business Cards :: Bluetooth Earpiece :: USB Stick :: Super Bouncy Ball (There's a lot of hurry up and wait in the film business, and there's usually a nearby wall) :: Small Moleskin and Pen :: Deck of Playing Cards :: Digital Camera :: A Paperback Book (Today's just happened to be The Phantom Tollbooth) :: Compact Flash Cards :: iPad (disguised as a large Moleskine sketchpad) :: iPad Stylus :: Holga Camera :: A few rolls of 120 Film
